Image Submissions

Some of the images contained in "Our Sites" have been submitted by the models themselves (or their agent), we do not claim ownership of such images and have presented on "Our Sites" at their request - unmodified (except for possible resizing of image). If you believe an image of yours is being used on any of "Our Sites" without your permission, please contact with complete information about the page and image being used. Some of the models presented in "Our Sites" are not actual bikini team members, but are models representing themselves. In the cases where permission has been given to list the models e-mail address or contact information, we make no representation as to the persons character, abilities, looks or performance.

We do not promote the concept of "free images on the Internet" and encourage all image submission to include proper copyrights (if required). We do not remove copyright information, although we may crop images.

Images located on our server may not be linked to from other sites.

We reserve the right to determine who we will be listed on "Our Sites" and as such, listings may be added or removed at our discretion and without notice.

Indemnity

You will indemnify Rock Brothers it's subsidiaries, officers, affiliates, agents, assigns, contractors and employees against any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, related in any way to your use of or conduct on "Our Sites".

Special Notices

Rock Brothers is experienced in litigating cyber-intellectual property (IP) matters and has a no-tolerance policy regarding the use of our trademarks or names in URLs, metatags, and/or hidden text. Specifically, the use of our trademarks or names in pay-per-click search placements, or contextual advertising software (“ad ware”), or metatag keywords is trademark infringement and the use of trademarks or names in page text, metatags, and/or hidden text for purposes of gaining higher rankings from search engines is unfair competition.
